The MCC Foundation will field both a girls’ and boys’ team at the inaugural Apex International Cricket Festival, which starts on Sunday 29th June 2025.
The charitable arm of the Marylebone Cricket Club hosts hubs around the United Kingdom to improve access to cricket for state school pupils, and their teams will be made up of participants at these regional hubs.
Hosted at Millfield School in Somerset, the festival includes an Under 15s girls’ and boys’ tournament, skills sessions with elite coaches and inspirational speeches from experts in handling pressure.
The four-day festival is hosted by English cricket legends Sir Andrew Strauss and Ebony Rainford-Brent and can be watched live on YouTube.
