The BEST Academy from South Africa have been announced as participants at the inaugural Apex International Cricket Festival, which starts on Sunday 29th June 2025.
Continuing the legacy of Baboo Ebrahim and his vision of using cricket to instil discipline, teamwork, and resilience in young players, the Durban-based Academy provides specialised coaching.
A team of BEST boys will compete at Millfield School in Somerset, with the festival including an Under 15s girls’ and boys’ tournament, skills sessions with elite coaches and inspirational speeches from experts in handling pressure.
The four-day festival is hosted by English cricket legends Sir Andrew Strauss and Ebony Rainford-Brent and can be watched live on YouTube.
